Falmouth benefits from it's position at the southern end of the Fal estuary (the third natural deepest harbour in the world) the towns sheltered location and mild temperate climate is renowned for it's beautiful parks and gardens. Penpol is located on the main road through Falmouth and is close to the town centre, to the south are beaches literally a two minute walk away.
